SUPPORT FOR MEMBERS FROM IZMIR CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
One of Turkey’s largest Chambers of Commerce, İzmir Chamber of Commerce (İzmir Ticaret Odası – İZTO), continues to provide support and incentives for fair participation.
According to the announcement sent by İZTO to İzgi Fuarcılık and Santra Fuarcılık regarding fair support and incentive programs, the rules and procedures are as follows:
Dear Fair Organizer,
As in previous years, our Chamber will continue to provide incentives for domestic fairs in 2026, as determined by our Board of Directors.
Scope of Domestic Fair Incentives:

For fairs held in İzmir, only floor space or package stands are eligible. For members applying for incentives, the square meter unit price paid by the exhibitor with the lowest fee will be used as the basis for calculating the incentive, provided it does not exceed 2,500 TRY per m² (excluding VAT).

For large-scale İzmir fairs with higher participation costs, the following limits apply:

IF Wedding Fashion İzmir (Bridal, Groom, and Evening Wear Fair): 4,000 TRY/m²

Marble “International Natural Stone and Technologies Fair” and İzFurnex İzmir Furniture Fair: 3,000 TRY/m²

The incentive covers floor space or package stands only.
Incentive Rates:

Participation from 1 m² to 80 m²: 50% of participation cost
-
Participation from 81 m² to 200 m²: 60% of participation cost
-
Maximum incentive coverage: 200 m²
For fairs outside İzmir, a standard rate applies: up to 40 m² participation receives 50% support.
Additional Conditions:

The square meter unit price used for calculation cannot exceed the limits mentioned above.

VAT is not included in the incentive.

Companies exhibiting imported products or selling on-site are not eligible.
The incentive for bare space or package stands is calculated according to these criteria and is paid to the applicant company once approved by the Board of Directors.
Eligibility Requirements:

The applicant company must be a member of İZTO and active.
-
No outstanding membership fees.
-
Approval by the Board of Directors for the company to benefit from the fair incentives.
Usage Rules:

Each company can benefit from the incentive for a maximum of two fairs per year. Companies with multiple branches or registrations may use this allowance through their main office or any branch, but only one branch per fair can apply.

To benefit from incentives, members must submit an Online Application via the Chamber’s web portal before, during, or within 7 days after the fair, and upload the required documents within one month as detailed in the Chamber’s Domestic Fair Incentives Application Procedures.
