IMATECH İzmir continues to provide significant benefits to participating companies. Local and national manufacturers receive a 10% discount, in addition to 10% Early Reservation and 10% Cash Payment Discounts, ensuring fairness among participants.

FREE SERVICES

Drawing on experience from European machine fairs, İzgi Fuarcılık provides participants who submit timely notifications with free forklift and crane services for unloading and loading exhibition products. Companies are also provided free electricity, air, and, if requested, clean and waste water connections during the specified periods.

For visitors, IMATECH İzmir offers free parking, free entry with pre- or on-site online registration, and transportation support for groups from industrial zones, chambers, and associations who register within the announced dates.

EXPANDING PARTNERSHIPS

SUPPORT FOR MEMBERS FROM IZMIR CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

One of Turkey’s largest Chambers of Commerce, İzmir Chamber of Commerce (İzmir Ticaret Odası – İZTO), continues to provide support and incentives for fair participation.

According to the announcement sent by İZTO to İzgi Fuarcılık and Santra Fuarcılık regarding fair support and incentive programs, the rules and procedures are as follows:

Dear Fair Organizer,

As in previous years, our Chamber will continue to provide incentives for domestic fairs in 2026, as determined by our Board of Directors.

Scope of Domestic Fair Incentives:

• For fairs held in İzmir, only floor space or package stands are eligible. For members applying for incentives, the square meter unit price paid by the exhibitor with the lowest fee will be used as the basis for calculating the incentive, provided it does not exceed 2,500 TRY per m² (excluding VAT).

• For large-scale İzmir fairs with higher participation costs, the following limits apply:

  • IF Wedding Fashion İzmir (Bridal, Groom, and Evening Wear Fair): 4,000 TRY/m²

  • Marble “International Natural Stone and Technologies Fair” and İzFurnex İzmir Furniture Fair: 3,000 TRY/m²

• The incentive covers floor space or package stands only.

Incentive Rates:

• Participation from 1 m² to 80 m²: 50% of participation cost

• Participation from 81 m² to 200 m²: 60% of participation cost

• Maximum incentive coverage: 200 m²

For fairs outside İzmir, a standard rate applies: up to 40 m² participation receives 50% support.

Additional Conditions:

• The square meter unit price used for calculation cannot exceed the limits mentioned above.

• VAT is not included in the incentive.

• Companies exhibiting imported products or selling on-site are not eligible.

The incentive for bare space or package stands is calculated according to these criteria and is paid to the applicant company once approved by the Board of Directors.

Eligibility Requirements:

• The applicant company must be a member of İZTO and active.

• No outstanding membership fees.

• Approval by the Board of Directors for the company to benefit from the fair incentives.

Usage Rules:

• Each company can benefit from the incentive for a maximum of two fairs per year. Companies with multiple branches or registrations may use this allowance through their main office or any branch, but only one branch per fair can apply.

• To benefit from incentives, members must submit an Online Application via the Chamber’s web portal before, during, or within 7 days after the fair, and upload the required documents within one month as detailed in the Chamber’s Domestic Fair Incentives Application Procedures. FULL SUPPORT FOR LOCAL PRODUCTION AT IMATECH FAIR

Organized jointly by İzgi Fuarcılık and Santra Fuarcılık, IMATECH Fair offers significant opportunities for local manufacturers.

Izmir, not only one of Turkey’s largest and most important industrial production centers but also the main supplier for many cities in the Aegean and Mediterranean regions, has become one of the biggest markets for numerous companies in the machinery sector today.

At IMATECH, İzgi Fuarcılık and Santra Fuarcılık provide local manufacturers with an additional advantage to leverage the opportunities that İzmir offers.

In addition to Early Reservation Discounts and Cash Payment Discounts, a 10% Local Manufacturer Discount is applied to support local production and ensure equal opportunity among participants.

To benefit from these incentives, local companies must provide a Local Production Certificate and a Capacity Report, and applications must be submitted at least 60 days before the fair.

IMATECH FAIR STANDS OUT WITH ITS FREE SERVICES

As one of the most important events in the Eurasian region showcasing Machinery and Industrial Production Technologies, IMATECH Fair turns trade fairs from a source of time loss and extra cost into a seamless experience through its practical applications.

Organized for the 4th time by İzgi Fuarcılık and Santra Fuarcılık from March 26–29, 2026, IMATECH continues to make a difference with the free services it offers to exhibitors and visitors.

FREE UNLOADING AND LOADING OF EXHIBITION PRODUCTS

As with all fairs organized by İzgi Fuarcılık and Santra Fuarcılık, companies that complete and submit their technical forms within the specified deadline are provided with free forklift and crane services for unloading exhibition products to their booth area before the fair (08:30–18:00). After the fair, from 20:00–24:00, and on the following day between 08:30–18:00, loading of exhibition products from the booth area with forklift or crane assistance is also free.

Companies that fail to submit technical forms on time or miss the specified deadlines may still use these services by paying the applicable fees.

ELECTRICITY, AIR, AND WATER CONNECTIONS

Each company at IMATECH receives one free connection for electricity, air, and, upon request, water.

Companies that submit their technical forms within the deadline receive one connection per utility free of charge, including consumption. Companies that fail to submit forms on time or request additional connections can still receive services by paying the corresponding fees.

FREE PARKING

Fuar İzmir, one of Turkey’s largest and most modern fairgrounds, offers safe, comfortable, and convenient open and covered parking for exhibitors and visitors alike.

Exhibitors at IMATECH enjoy unlimited access to both covered and open parking areas free of charge. Visitors can also access the covered parking areas without paying any fees.

FREE CLOAKROOM SERVICE

Another complimentary service for IMATECH visitors is the free cloakroom. Visitors can safely leave their suitcases and bags in the cloakroom and enjoy a hassle-free visit to the fair.
